Last updated: 14 September 2026. These terms govern the Diwali 2026 tagline contest (the "Contest") run by Pixel Tree Digital, Bangalore, Karnataka ("we", "us") on pixeltrees.in (the "Platform").
1. Eligibility
The Contest is open to natural persons resident in India who are 18 years or older. Our employees, contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible. We may ask a winner for proof of identity and age before handing over a prize.
2. Entry is free
Anyone eligible can enter without buying anything. The free entry form is in the Diwali Contest section of the home page and on the wall page, directly above the claim card (the ✍️ link under the board jumps to it). There is no other route: buying blocks does not enter you and does not improve your chances in any way. One entry per person (one email address). Entries close 7 November 2026 at 23:59 IST.
3. It is a contest of skill, not chance
Share an impressive tagline for the green revolution (10–200 characters). Entries are judged on originality, relevance to the theme, and brevity by a panel of judges named on this page before entries close. There is no draw, no lottery, and no element of chance in selecting the winner.
4. Referrals do not change the outcome
Sharing the site earns recognition on the green scoreboard — and nothing else. Referral counts are never seen by the judges and never affect the Contest.
5. The prizes
The judges rank the entries and award three prizes:
- 1st prize — a brand new car worth ₹15 lakhs.
- 2nd prize — a 7-day Europe vacation for 2 (visa fees borne by the winner).
- 3rd prize — an iPhone Duo 256GB, Star White.
The three winning taglines are also featured on the wall page for the season. We publish the exact make, model and variant of each prize on this page before entries close. If a model is unavailable we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable and carry no cash alternative. Registration, insurance and delivery costs, where they apply, are set out in writing to each winner before the prize is handed over.
6. Taxes
If applicable law requires tax to be deducted or collected on the prize (for example under Income-tax Act s.194B for winnings above ₹10,000), the winner must complete the required formalities before the prize is released. We tell each winner in writing what, if anything, is payable before the prize is handed over.
7. Winner announcement and claiming
The winners are announced on the wall page within 7 days of entries closing, and notified at the email address they entered with. A winner must respond and complete the claim formalities within 30 days of the announcement. An unclaimed prize lapses after that window; no extension, re-issue or compensation is provided, and we may award it to the next-ranked entry.
8. Your entry
Entries must be your own work and must not contain political, caste, religious, or personal attacks (see the content rules). By entering you confirm the tagline is yours and allow us to display it with your first name on this site and in Contest-related material.
9. Disqualification, changes and withdrawal
We may disqualify an entrant or cancel a reward in case of fraud, misuse, tampering, multiple entries, or manipulation of the Contest, and may modify, suspend or withdraw the Contest only where fraud, a legal requirement or events beyond our reasonable control make that necessary, subject to applicable law. Material changes are posted on this page.
10. Events beyond our control
A winner may not receive, or may receive late, a prize due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including supplier delay or unavailability. In such cases we deliver the prize, or a substitute of equal or greater value, as soon as we reasonably can, and no further claims arise from the delay.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our maximum aggregate liability to an entrant for any claim arising from the Contest is limited to the value of the prize that entrant won, and for a non-winning entrant to ₹500. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
12. Decisions and disputes
Our decisions on eligibility, judging and prizes are final and binding. Questions or complaints go to the grievance officer, who acknowledges within 24 hours. These terms are in addition to the Platform's Terms and Privacy policy. Participation is voluntary and constitutes acceptance of these terms. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
