Refund & Cancellation Policy

What you bought

Blocks on the Wall of Green Warriors take an image, a name, a message and a link. An image is reviewed by a person before your blocks appear. Blocks without an image go live as soon as your payment is captured.

When you get a full refund, automatically

• We reject your image in moderation. The full amount goes back to your original payment method as soon as the rejection is processed, usually within 24 hours of payment. Banks typically post it in 5–7 business days. This can only happen to blocks with an image.
• Your payment was captured but your blocks were not allocated, for example after a technical fault. Email support@pixeltrees.in with your order reference. We verify the order and refund the full amount.
• We take your content down early for our own reasons, and you have not breached the terms. We refund the unused part of your 12 months, counted in whole months.

When there is no refund

• You change your mind. Blocks are digital space delivered at once, so there are no change-of-mind refunds.
• Live content is later removed because it breached the terms.

Refunded blocks return to the unclaimed state and your name is removed from the wall. The tree pledge from refunded blocks is not planted.

If you think you are owed a refund

Write to support@pixeltrees.in with your order reference, or contact the grievance officer. We acknowledge within 24 hours and give you a decision, with reasons, within 15 days. This applies to every order, including one where no automatic refund can arise. Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Indian consumer law.

Cancellation

Before payment, simply abandon checkout — your block reservation expires after 30 minutes at no cost. After payment, see the rules above.
