Last updated: 4 October 2026. Every picture on the wall is checked before it goes live, but if you believe content infringes your rights or breaks the law, email support@pixeltrees.in or call +91 90087 53008 with:

• Where the content is (a screenshot or the block's link).
• Who you are and how to contact you.
• For copyright claims: the copyrighted work, and a statement that you are the rights holder or act with their authority (Copyright Act, 1957).
• For other unlawful content: the grounds of the complaint under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021 — or use the grievance officer process.

Timelines

• We acknowledge every report within 24 hours.
• Nudity, sexual content or impersonation: removed or disabled within 2 hours.
• Other unlawful content: we act within 36 hours.
• On a court order or a lawful government order: within 3 hours.
• Every complaint is resolved within 7 days.

Copyright notices

On a valid copyright notice we disable access to the content for 21 days. If no court order arrives within that time, we may restore it (Copyright Act, 1957, section 52(1)(c)). Fraudulent notices may themselves attract liability.
